Terms of Service

Welcome to Junkluggers Field Agent Pro ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Purpose & Authorized Use

Junkluggers Field Agent Pro is a logistics utility built exclusively for Junkluggers franchise employees and authorized field agents to manage job dispatches, estimate volume, calculate truck capacities, and sync operational data with franchise Google Sheets and Google Drive.

By using this Application, you confirm that you are:

• An authorized Junkluggers franchise employee or field agent
• At least 18 years old
• Using the Application for legitimate franchise business purposes

2. Google OAuth & Data Integration

This Application uses Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users and integrates with Google Workspace services:

• Google Sheets: Job estimates, volume metrics, and dispatch manifests are written to designated franchise spreadsheets
• Google Drive: Job-related files and media are uploaded to franchise Drive folders

By authenticating, you authorize the Application to perform these specific actions on your behalf. We do not access, read, or modify any other data in your Google account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for:

• Job dispatch management and tracking
• Volume estimation and truck capacity calculations
• Walkthrough, evaluation, and quoting workflows
• Exfil (donation, recycle, transfer) stop processing
• Syncing job data with authorized franchise Google Sheets/Drive

You may not:

• Share credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Application for any non-franchise purposes
• Interfere with the Application's security or API integrations
• Exceed Google API quotas or violate Google's Terms of Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, algorithms, and tools in Junkluggers Field Agent Pro are proprietary to Junkluggers and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for authorized franchise operations only.

5. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

While the Application provides volume estimates, capacity calculations, and job tracking tools, you are solely responsible for verifying all data accuracy before making operational decisions. Junkluggers is not liable for errors in estimates, miscalculations, or data sync failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Junkluggers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including:

• Loss of job data or sync failures
• Google API quota limits or service outages
• Operational decisions based on Application estimates
• Device or browser compatibility issues

7. Termination

Junkluggers may suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized credential sharing
• Franchise employment termination
• Google OAuth consent revocation
